Troodos
The amazing island of Cyprus is popular for its beach hotels but the mountain town of Troodos with dense forested highlands, represents a nice contrast. This picturesque town is situated in the South - West of the island. The highest point of the mountains is the Mount of Olympus which has an altitude of 1.953 meters above the level of the sea. This Cypriot town is very popular in the winter time for skiing and in the summer for hikes and trekking about the mountains.
My review about Petit Palais Hotel in Troodos is the following: We have rested at the Petit Palais hotel for two weeks. Hotel units are spacious, kept clean, comfortably furnished. Bathrooms were large enough but without any ventilation so it may become like sauna after a shower. Food was superb, nearly repetitive, but a huge selection of dishes so it was good.

Petit Palais Hotel is a three-storey holiday establishment awaiting its guests all year round, in summer for escaping the oppresive weather and in winter for skiing. The hotel is very wonderful and everyone will enjoy here a splendid holiday break.
